Since 1986, the Jay Balasz, DDS dental office location has served residents of the Charlevoix community and beyond, offering gentle, compassionate dental care. We offer Implant Dentistry, Bioesthetic Dentistry based on Biologic Principles, Cosmetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, TMJ & Facial Pain Relief, Periodontal Care, and Sleep Apnea.

We offer flexible scheduling and accept a variety of payment options to accommodate your needs. Our staff is experienced in handling a variety of insurance concerns and can help you with all the necessary paperwork. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can also communicate with your other healthcare providers to ensure that we are aware of your medical history, prescriptions, and other factors that might affect your dental health.

To get established as a patient we first need to schedule a Comprehensive Exam with Dr. Balasz. This allows Dr. Balasz and our team to get to know you better and assist you to the best of our ability.
